Halloween

Halloween has always been my favorite holiday.  Kids in costumes, candy and the fun decorations make it my kind of fun.  This year Milo also was looking forward to the season - we had a good time decorating with pumpkin and ghostie lights.  We also made our house look haunted by putting friendly ghosts in the windows.  Milo also helped carve our pumpkins and did a great job at making cuts with a safe knife.

Prior to Halloween there were three days of parties - one at Milo's school, one with our playgroup and one at a neighbors to attend.  Our little zookeeper and monkey were a hit at each one.

Trick or treating was a bit of a bust due to cold and rain.  That worked out fine though because we all had a wonderful time inside our house eating chili, chatting, playing and watching The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown.
